Autism Developmental Evaluation in Miami
Get clear guidance on your child's neurofunctional status and the most effective strategies to support him or her. Our Comprehensive Developmental Assessment is the first step in understanding each child's neurofunctional profile and designing a personalized intervention plan consisting of four phases.

Phase 1: Online Parent Interview
The process begins with an online interview, where we gather detailed information about the child's history. During this consultation:
- Review medical, perinatal, and family background.
- Assess developmental milestones and identify possible early signs of autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties.
- Explore challenges in learning, behavior, communication, and emotional regulation.
- Listen to parents’ concerns and goals to better personalize the evaluation.
Goal:To create a clear overview of your child’s developmental profile and establish the foundation for a personalized in-person assessment.
Phase 2: In-Person Developmental Autism Evaluation
In this stage, your child visits our center for a comprehensive set of neurodevelopmental tests designed to provide an accurate picture of brain and body function.
Brain Mapping (QEEG – Quantitative EEG for Autism & ADHD)
What is it?
A non-invasive brain scan that measures electrical activity to identify patterns linked to attention challenges, emotional regulation issues, and sensory processing difficulties.
How Speech Therapy Helps Your Child:
Detects brain connectivity imbalances. Guides the design of a personalized Neurofeedback program if indicated. Provides measurable and objective data about brain function.
Physical and Neurodevelopmental Examination
Our Speech Therapy Program Includes:
- Muscle tone and motor coordination assessment.
- Balance and posture evaluation.
- Sensory integration testing to identify hypersensitivity or hyposensitivity.
- Primitive Reflexes Assessment to detect unintegrated reflexes that may impact learning and motor development.
Goal:To gather objective, science-based data on how your child’s brain, motor skills, and sensory processing work together, creating the foundation for a personalized treatment plan.

Phase 3: Nutrition & Biomedical Consultation
Many children with autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions experience metabolic imbalances, food sensitivities, and nutrient deficiencies that directly impact their behavior, focus, and sensory processing.
During this consultation we analyze:
- Your child’s current nutrition and its influence on brain development.
- Possible food intolerances (gluten, casein, etc.) and nutritional deficiencies.
- The link between gut health, microbiome, and cognitive function.
- Recommendations for dietary adjustments and biomedical testing if needed.
Goal: To create a personalized nutritional intervention plan that supports brain function, improves emotional and sensory regulation, and maximizes the results of therapeutic programs.
Phase 4: Results Review and Personalized Action Plan
What happens in this phase?
- A detailed report is presented with all the findings of the evaluation.
- Explain findings from the QEEG brain map, developmental testing, and neurological exam.
- Recommend a personalized therapy plan adapted to your child’s unique needs.
- Answer parents’ questions and establish clear next steps.
Goal: To give families a clear roadmap of their child’s neurodevelopmental profile and the most effective therapies for autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties, ensuring the right strategies are in place to maximize progress
