Silvia Méndez Rueda is an international leader in autism awareness, inclusive education, and family empowerment. Originally from Venezuela, she has supported thousands of families across the U.S. and Latin America through her work in advocacy, education, and community organizing.
Her journey began after her son’s autism diagnosis, which inspired her to transform personal experience into a global mission. As the founder of Unstoppable Twins LLC and the Brilliant Minds Foundation, Silvia has organized conferences, seminars, awareness campaigns, and educational resources that have reached families worldwide.
Recognized by the City of Doral (Florida) for her community work and honored with the Presidential Volunteer Service Award from the White House (2025), Silvia’s impact continues to grow.
She blends compassion, organizational expertise, and strategic vision, making her a powerful voice in neurodiverse education, family guidance, and the empowerment of immigrant mothers.

The evaluation consists of four phases carried out over three days:
- Parent Interview (Via Zoom) - Medical history and concerns.
- Neurofunctional Evaluation - Brain mapping (QEEG), neurodevelopmental scales, neurological physical examination.
- Consultation with the Nutritionist - Biomedical and metabolic evaluation.
- Delivery of Results and Action Plan - Report with findings and recommendations.
CareCredit is available to finance the initial evaluation.
Depending on the case, we can recommend:
- Urine Organic Acid Test (OAT Test) - Evaluates neurotransmitters and intestinal dysbiosis.
- Heavy Metals Hair Analysis - Detects lead, mercury and aluminum toxicity.
